Each connected WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or SMS channel is billed in full for every calendar month it is connected, including the month you connect it. The website widget and Telegram are free.
The first 1,000 outgoing messages on each WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channel are free every month. SMS has no free messages and is billed per segment.
SMS notifications are billed per segment of up to 160 standard characters.
An own phone number sends SMS notifications and can also be connected to WhatsApp. It is billed for each month it is active, on top of the channel fee.
Message rates are Dineo's charges. Meta may charge separately for some WhatsApp messages, such as template messages sent outside the 24-hour customer service window. Those charges are billed outside Dineo.
